While we are apart, we are bringing you a new music concert series, filmed this summer in the First Church Roxbury Meetinghouse.
The first mini concert features Ashleigh Gordon, violist and Executive Director of Castle of Our Skins, a Boston-based organization celebrating Black artistry through music. For the first piece, Ashe is accompanied by pianist Julia Scott Carey. The second song is a compilation of protest songs, dedicated to John Lewis, Mimi Jones, and all freedom fighters.

Special thanks to Reflection Films for this video.
We hope you enjoy this musical interlude as much as we do!
