A community reading honoring James Baldwin on the 100th anniversary year of his birth.  Hear cultivated readings by Baldwin, and have the opportunity to journal and share your feelings about his words and what they make you think/how they make you feel.

James Baldwin (1924-1987) was an essayist, novelist, and playwright whose eloquence and passion on the subject of race in America made him one of the most important voices of the 20th century.
